Annulment Advocate: Bishop Mark Eckman

The Tribunal Advocate assists and guides a petitioner for an annulment through the paperwork, gathering of documents, and choosing witnesses. If invited for a personal interview with a Tribunal Judge, the Advocate accompanies the petitioner.

The preparation of a petition for a decree of Nullity of a marriage often is an emotional and time consuming project. The Advocate acts as companion and coach.
